Ushers do the following:

• Until the show starts, our volunteer ushers are the face of the theater. We are looking for friendly people to welcome and assist our guests. 
• Politely direct and/or escort patrons to their seats, pointing out restrooms and amenities.
• Provide patrons with programs and other relevant materials.
• Be aware of and report violations of house rules to management.
• Remain at assigned post for twenty minutes after doors open.
• Be aware of, and follow, the proper procedures for assisting patrons with disabilities.
• Be on time for a pre-show usher briefing and other trainings as required by management, one hour prior to show time.
• Develop a good understanding of evacuation procedures form all points within the venue.
• Follow dress-code requirements: black top and black bottom. Ideally black shoes.
• Accept and respond to scheduling emails to sign up for shows.
