FAQ

Yes! We have a full-service, movie-style concession stand with popcorn, candy, soda, water, coffee, and tea. For the 21+ crowd we offer beer, wine, and hard cider at select shows. Currently, we accept CASH payment only at the concession stand and bar.

Yes! There are two amply-sized wheelchair accessible seating areas in the left and the right orchestra. The sections are located in the ground floor orchestra section and there are no steps up or down to reach them. In the left orchestra, this section occupies Rows L through O. In the right orchestra, this occupies Rows L through N. You are not required to need a wheelchair to sit in this section – anyone who requires a more flexible seating arrangement is welcome. Note: the balcony section is not wheelchair accessible, there is no elevator, and guests should be able to handle two flights of stairs comfortably.

The show must go on! Unless the Governor of Massachusetts declares a Snow Emergency, events will proceed as scheduled.

The Regent Theatre is easily accessible by car, bicycle, and the MBTA.

CAR: See the above parking suggestion at Russell Common Municipal Lot, accessible via entrances at Mystic St. and Chestnut St. If you park in the Lot, cut though the side street next to the school for the shortest, most direct walk to the theatre (about a one-minute walk) on Medford St.

BICYCLE: Arlington is one of the hubs for fun and safe bicycling in the Greater Boston area. Along with marked bike lanes on Mass. Ave., you can also enjoy a leisurely, car-free bike ride to the theatre via the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway.

MBTA: The theatre is accessible via the following bus routes: 77, 79, 80, 87, 95, and 350.

Catch the 80 and 95 right in front of the theatre.
Catch the 77, 79, and 350 at the intersection of Mass Ave. and Medford St.
Catch the 87 at the intersection of Broadway and Mass Ave.
