Concession Stand Assistant: Part-Time: (10-12 Hours/Week)

The Regent Theatre has parking right across the street from the theatre in the Russell Common Municipal Lot. The cost is $0.50 per hour between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday thru Saturday and there is FREE parking all-day on Sunday.

A well stocked refreshment counter with fresh popcorn, candy, and beverages are available for your enjoyment (cash only, sorry!). We do not allow outside food or beverages in the building.
Beer and Wine are available at selected events to patrons who are 21-and-older and can provide a valid form of identification.
Just about all contracts with artists demand we prohibit the audience from taking photographs or video recordings as well as audio recordings. Please cooperate by leaving this equipment in your car.
Most shows offer artist’s recordings, tee shirts, hats, posters and other items. Prices are established by the artist and the table is generally manned by their personnel. A few are equipped to accept payment by credit card, but assume cash is required.
The closest ATM’s are at Leader Bank, directly across the street and at Cambridge Savings Bank on the same block as the Regent Theatre.
Accommodation for Special Needs
In addition to having seating that is easily-accessible we now have a fully accessible unisex restroom. Please advise the box office when you purchase tickets if anyone in your party requires special seating arrangements due to a visual, auditory or physical need.
Emergency exits are located at all 4 corners of the theatre.
The Regent Theatre is not responsible for articles lost or stolen. There is no coat or umbrella check service available at the present time. Please turn in any found items to any usher, house manager or at the box office. Items found by other patrons or during cleaning are kept for 30 days. Articles of clothing are donated to various agencies and eye glasses are donated to the Lions. Wallets, purses, cell phones and jewelry will be returned to their proper owners who provide accurate descriptions and identification.

When you order your tickets you are given an option on delivery methods: Will Call (retrieval at the Box Office) or Print-at-Home Ticketing via Email. For your convenience and to avoid lines at the event, we encourage you to have your tickets delivered other than via Will Call. If you have requested Will Call tickets to be picked-up at the Box Office you should be prepared to present a valid I.D. and that I.D. must be of the ticket buyer.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date, time and and seat selection to ensure that the tickets you are purchasing are indeed tickets you want to use. All sales are final. There are no refunds. The policy regarding exchanges as set by the Regent Theatre, our clients, including producers, promoters and entertainers prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. If you have a valid CREDIT that might be applied to a future event it will lapse within one year of being issued.
The Regent Theatre maintains a mailing list composed solely of individuals who have specifically requested to be on it. When mailings are sent out they list all performances which are booked as of each printing date. In order to conserve paper, the Regent Theatre does not do “resident” or “occupant” mailings. We do not sell or share our list with anyone.
A wide variety of shops and restaurants within a two block radius of Arlington Center. Many of the stores remain open for your shopping enjoyment prior to the Regent Theatre performances and several restaurants are open for an after dinner drink or snack.
