‘ERIC IN TWO EVENINGS’ A Boston jazz weekend with rare videos selected by jazz historian Hal Millder and Eric Jackson of WGBH radio. Includes clips of John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Sarah Vaughan, Herbie Hancock, Duke Ellington, Wes Montgomery, Pharoah Sanders and Sonny Rollins. A reception with Jackson and Miller will precede the screening. Starts 7 p.m.

MADE IN THE SHADE ‘Stellar Jazz Safari” CD release concert. Made in The Shade jazz ensemble celebrates the release of their first children’s CD, “Stellar Jazz Safari.” Starts 10:30 a.m.

DEBORAH HENSON-CONANT ‘Electra’s Lyre’ and other musical stories. The innovative harpist and performance artist returns to the Regent with a special Mother’s Day concert.
