Serge Clivio is thrilled to return home to The Regent Theatre for one night only to present Sticks & Stones.  The title and idea of the concert comes directly from his newly released single “Fire Away” (available for download from iTunes and streaming on Apple Music and Spotify.  During the concert, Serge will perform a few original songs as well as an array of pop favorites (old & new)—some country, R&B and even classic rock songs that audiences of all ages will enjoy.  He will guide the audience through a journey of love, heartbreak and growing up, through intimate stories and personal songs—accompanied by a band of excellent musicians.

Sticks & Stones is music directed by Michael Stapleton and will run approximately 2 hours (including a 15 minute intermission).

About Serge Clivio…

Serge is a Massachusetts native, born in Waltham.  But, if you ask him, he would tell you that he spent pretty much all of his childhood and teen years in Arlington.  Serge attended elementary school at Saint Agnes and high school at Arlington Catholic.  He found his love for performing at the age of 5 on Medford Street at an after school program called Mo-Co Music (now Torch Light Music School).  Here, kids were able to learn how to sing, act, and perform from a very young age.  Directed and owned by Maura Lynch and Clyde Ford, Serge soon went on to make this studio his second home for the next 12 years.  He immediately began performing at the Regent Theatre with Mo-Co Music, and then went on to perform there with the Arlington Catholic Drama Club, as well as doing some benefit and anniversary shows for them.  He was even given one of his first jobs behind the concession stand at the Regent!  At Arlington Catholic, Serge found his true love - the theater.  Thanks to Jacqueline Billings (his high school drama director) he was able to perform in all of the school’s winter and spring musicals.  Serge knew that he wanted to pursue Musical Theatre for the rest of his life.  And, after many stressful college auditions, he found himself on his way to The Boston Conservatory, where he proudly graduated with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre in May of 2017.  During college, Serge was able to perform in different shows throughout the regional theatre circuit, for which he earned his Actors’ Equity Association card.  Out of college, Serge most recently auditioned for the ABC television reboot of American Idol, premiering on March 11th, for which he made it to the final round of the preliminary stages.  He is now currently residing in New York City and continuing to chase his never-ending dreams!  Follow Serge on social media @serge_clivio and visit his website to stay up to date on all of his latest news and performances!
